Keeping track of sound levels with the Rasp Pi
Conclusion
Logging sound levels is a relatively simple task with the use of a sound level meter, a Raspberry Pi, and FHEM software to capture data streams. These sound level logs can be handy if you have to deal with noise complaints from your neighbors or from area residents. Although the legal validity of the logs is another topic entirely, you will at least have a starting point for a discussion.
