Testing the Odroid-U3 single-board computer

Conclusion

At US$  65, the Odroid costs about twice as much as a Raspberry  Pi, but its superior performance justifies the added cost, as long as the user utilizes the additional performance capabilities.

The Rasp Pi will remain close to the heart of electronics buffs, hobbyists, and amateur inventors, given the robust and varied software that has been developed for it and the large Rasp Pi developer community. However, the user looking to build a slim and extremely frugal, yet powerful, workplace computer, kiosk system, or media center should consider the Odroid.
