Building a video-enabled nest box
Conclusion
A nest box like that described here – even if without a camera and connection to the Internet – is a valuable addition to a garden. I used very old 5V TTL component parts, so I plan to use a more modern CMOS version that works with the 3.3V Rasp Pi GPIO pins in a remake. The code here is intended as an introduction to what can be done.
